Full-Service Interior Design

Our signature service. A comprehensive, turn-key experience for those seeking effortless execution. Full-service design encompasses every phase of the design journey, from initial concept to the final installation. All elements are carefully crafted to reflect each client’s lifestyle and unique story, allowing us to deliver spaces that feel true to you!

What To Expect:

Minimum project investment is $150,000 for materials, furnishings, & fees.

  • We begin with a complimentary 1-hour consultation (either in-person or virtual) to learn about you, your project, and your design goals. Once we understand the extent of your project and determine that it is a good fit, we will send you a custom proposal to get started together!

    A signed proposal and fee deposit are required to move into the design phase for all projects.

  • Once the proposal is signed, we will head straight into the design phase - where the fun begins!

    We prepare and present mood boards, floor plans, architectural finish recommendations, design details, furniture recommendations, and fixture selections all tailored to your specific project. Each step of this phase includes your feedback, which is key to the success of a project!

  • Once the final design is approved, we head into the documentation phase. During this stage, we work to generate any required drawings or specifications that support your project. These drawings can be shared with your builder, contractor, or any trades for coordination and budgeting.

  • We will work with the entire project team, including builders, contractors, architects, engineers, etc to ensure all elements are coordinated and managed so you don’t have to worry that any details are missed or forgotten!

  • Once your home is ready for install, we will work with a local delivery team to install all the final details, including furniture and final styling pieces.

Best Suited For: Entire Room or Entire Home Refresh

A comprehensive design solution for projects without construction. From determining the overall design direction to coordinating the white glove delivery, we guide you through the entire process. By working with us, you will have access to exclusive, trade-only brands and endless textile options ensuring your space is one-of-a-kind!

What To Expect:

Minimum project investment is $25,000 for furnishings & decor.

  • We begin with a complimentary 1-hour consultation (either in-person or virtual) to learn about you, your project, and your design goals. Once we understand the extent of your project and determine that it is a good fit, we will send you a custom proposal to get started together!

    A signed proposal and fee deposit are required to move into the design phase for all projects.

  • Once the proposal is signed, we will head straight into the design phase - where the fun begins!

    We prepare and present mood boards, floor plans, and furnishing recommendations all tailored to your specific project. Each step of this phase includes your feedback, which is key to the success of a project!

  • Once the final design and all proposed products are approved, we move into the procurement phase. All orders are placed and tracked by us, so you don’t have to worry about endless emails and tracking numbers on your end.

    We update you as all product moves into production with estimated ship dates to schedule either a one-time installation or a few phased installations depending on your preference.

  • Once the product has arrived at the local metro receiving warehouse, we will schedule white-glove delivery & install with the 3rd party team. Where possible, I will be there to oversee the final placement of all products, and file any damage claims if necessary.

Hourly Design Consulting

Best Suited For: Design Direction & Suggestions for the DIY Client

This service offers suggestions tailored to your specific project needs, without the full-service commitment. Some examples of what you might use this service for include:

  • Mood Boards to help determine your overall design direction

  • Finish/Material Suggestions when the decision fatigue hits you hard

  • Furniture Layouts when nothing is feeling quite right

  • Discuss any design-related questions

What To Expect:

Consultation packages start at $175/hour. 3 & 5 hour packages available.

  • We begin with a complimentary 30 minute discovery call (either in-person or virtual) to learn about you and your design consultation goals. Once we understand your needs and determine that it is a good fit, we will send you a custom proposal to get started together!

    A signed proposal and fee deposit are required to move into the design phase for all projects.

  • Once we receive your signed proposal and fee deposit, we will get to work on the determined consulting scope! This may be a one-time meeting to provide any insight or feedback or it may involve behind-the-scenes work to help develop mood boards or floor plans. We will work with you to determine the best use of our consulting hours for your project!

  • We will provide the final deliverable for you to use and implement for your specific project!

  • Full-Service Interior Design is ideal for larger projects such as renovations or new construction. This option includes a comprehensive design process—space planning, finish and material selections, furniture sourcing & procurement, coordination with contractors and trades, and ongoing design support.

    Furnishings & Styling: think of this as full-service without the construction part of the project. You will still get the comprehensive design experience, but this time with the sole focus on new furnishings & decor your space(s).

    Design Consulting is best suited for clients who need targeted guidance rather than a full design scope. This may include layout advice, finish or paint selections, furniture recommendations, or design direction during specific decision points.

  • Design services are billed either as a flat fee or hourly rate, depending on the scope of work and services required.

    Your proposal will clearly outline what is included so expectations are aligned from the start.

  • Absolutely! In fact, I prefer to work closely with any trades involved in your project to ensure that all design needs are considered and executed to your expectations. A project is much more successful when the entire team can collaborate together.

  • 3D renderings are available as an add-on service and can be included when beneficial to the project. Not every project requires renderings, and we can discuss whether they make sense for your project during our initial consultation.

  • I do not offer full construction documentation or documentation for permitted work since I am not able to sign & stamp drawings. However, I work closely with many architects and would be happy to refer you to one that is right for your project!
